Coronavirus Precautions

Personal Hygiene is Key

All of us have a lot of concern regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). Inspire Academy’s staff is very aware of the situation and watching it closely.

I’ve been reading about this virus tirelessly in every language I’m able to. All of the virologists in every country say eventually that personal hygiene is the most important way of helping ourselves and not spreading the virus.

The Inspire Family is incredibly important to us so as a result we’ve adopted the policy to wipe down the pianos and other touchable surfaces after each lesson as well as wash students’ hands thoroughly.

We’re also asking all parents to not send a sick child to their lesson.

Coronavirus and Children

According to the CDC, children infected with Coronavirus (COVID-19) tend to present with mild symptoms. Severe complications are uncommon.

We encourage you to read UNICEF’s “Coronavirus disease (COVID-19): What parents should know.” It’s an article that made me hopeful, which I think we all need at this difficult time.
